ok.. so, am watching some yankee show about interior design. then some guy comes on who has made some effort to make his house look like an 1800s schoolhouse... it's all good.
But THEN he starts talking about the table in the center of the room that looks SUSPICIOUSLY like a dining table... he goes on and on about how it's not a dining table. fair enough, the table that looks like a dining table that isn't, in fact, a dining table.
But THEN.... now this is the part I love about design wankers... and I quote him verbatim... "I just love the concept.. love how we can cook and then place food.. and then people gather around, and it's this whole experience at this table that just happens over and over..."
YOU MEAN LIKE A FUCKING DINING TABLE!?
