his wife is a teacher at a nearby school so he had the immediate "in" with the right government officials to use this space while they fall over eachother working out what to do with it...
(i could swear i saw the image of some hot chinese chick through the glass but siyu insisted there was nothing there... i dunno, you be the judge!)
