These are the cousins, and they swear this unusual arrangement pays homage to a blind dance-troop that was super-popular in the 90's - personally I think they were trying to channel the great 10-arm'd goddess off rooftop cleanliness... alas they weren't successful, and had to make up some story about some blind dance-troop in order to make everything appear kosher...
